Formats:

• rhif: the native LiveQuartz format that saves all the layers and filters (Spotlight and QuickLook compatible).
• pdf: the Portable Document Format from Adobe (it is also the native format of Quartz, the MacOS X drawing foundations).

Bitmap formats:

• jpeg (no alpha).

Read only formats:
